How does CaseLift work?
CaseLift runs your patient follow-up with two engines and a real coordinator behind them. The Hygiene Engine syncs your overdue patients from your PMS, and a CaseLift Scheduling Coordinator follows up until they rebook. The Treatment Engine records each treatment consult and identifies the objection, and a CaseLift Treatment Coordinator works every unscheduled plan until the patient is ready to move forward, then transfers them live to your team to schedule. What's the difference between the Hygiene Engine and the Treatment Engine?
They solve two different problems. The Hygiene Engine fills your hygiene chairs by bringing overdue patients back, with no recording required. The Treatment Engine closes your high-value cases by recording each consult and following up on unscheduled treatment plans. Run whichever one is bleeding, or run both and save.
Does CaseLift only work for implants?
No. CaseLift recovers cases for any high-value dental treatment, implants, full arch, Invisalign, cosmetic, sleep apnea, full mouth rehab. If a patient left without scheduling, CaseLift follows up until they do.
What if our practice does a mix of treatments?
That's exactly who CaseLift is built for. Your coordinator works your entire high-value case mix, and the follow-up adapts to each specific treatment type instead of sending everyone the same message.
Is CaseLift HIPAA compliant?
Yes. CaseLift is fully HIPAA compliant. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice before you record a single consult.
How does CaseLift know what to say in follow-ups?
CaseLift analyzes the actual recording. It identifies the patient's specific objections, personal details, and readiness to move forward, then writes messages that reference their exact situation. Every message sounds like it came from your practice.
Do I need special hardware?
No. CaseLift records directly in your browser. If you use Doxy.me for virtual consults or a Plaud device, CaseLift integrates with those too.
What is the guarantee?
If CaseLift doesn't return at least 3X what you pay within your first 90 days, your membership is free until it does. Recovery is tracked and verified against your real PMS production data, not our word for it. And you can cancel anytime, there's no long-term contract.
